Version: 1.2 · Effective from: 2026-06-10
The short version
The Imagination Studio website is a static site that sets very few cookies. We don't run advertising trackers. We use one analytics tool, Google Analytics, to understand how the Site is used, and we disclose it in full below.
1. What we use
- Essential / functional. The Site stores nothing that identifies you of its own. It may use your browser's local storage purely for on-page preferences, such as the light/dark toggle. This stays in your browser and is not sent to us.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the Site is used, which drops resonate, and where visitors come from. It sets first-party cookies to count visits and sessions. We have turned off advertising features and ad personalisation, and we do not use this data for marketing or to build profiles. You can opt out at any time, see "Your choices" below.
- Newsletter signup. Our studio-notes signup form posts directly to MailerLite, our email provider, and loads no MailerLite script, so it sets no cookies on our pages. If you submit the form, your details are sent to MailerLite to register your subscription, governed by MailerLite's own privacy and cookie policies.
- Checkout (merchant-of-record). When you proceed to buy, the merchant-of-record's checkout may set cookies necessary to process the transaction and prevent fraud. These are governed by the merchant-of-record's own cookie and privacy policy.
- Fonts / hosting / CDN. The Site loads fonts and assets from third-party providers, which may log standard technical request data, such as an IP address, as part of delivering content.
2. Your choices
You can opt out of Google Analytics with a browser-level control: install Google's official opt-out add-on, use your browser's tracking and cookie controls, or block analytics cookies for this site. You can also delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Blocking essential checkout cookies may prevent purchases from completing.
3. Changes
We'll update this policy if our use of cookies changes; the version on the Site applies.
