These Terms govern your use of the website imaginationstudio.co.za (the "Site"). They are separate from: (a) the Commercial License that governs the Assets you purchase (document 01); and (b) the merchant-of-record's terms, which govern the purchase transaction.

1. Who we are

Imagination Studio is a brand and product offering of Lucid Websites (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of South Africa (Cape Town). Where these Terms refer to "Imagination Studio", "we", or "us", they mean Lucid Websites (Pty) Ltd trading as Imagination Studio. Contact: lucidwebsites@gmail.com.

2. Using the Site

You may browse the Site, view live loader demos, and use the accent- customisation previews for evaluation. You agree not to: (a) attempt to extract, scrape, or bulk-download the production Asset source from the Site other than by purchasing a Drop; (b) interfere with the Site's operation or security; or (c) use the Site unlawfully.

3. Demos and previews are for evaluation

Loader demos and previews shown on the Site are provided so you can evaluate the Assets before purchase. They are not licensed for use in your own projects until you purchase the relevant Drop. The Commercial License (document 01) governs what you may do with purchased Assets.

4. Purchases

Drops are sold through our merchant-of-record (currently Lemon Squeezy). When you buy, you contract with the merchant-of-record for the sale and with Imagination Studio for the licence to use the Assets. Pricing is shown in USD; applicable taxes are handled by the merchant-of-record at checkout.

5. Intellectual property in the Site

The Site's design, text, branding, wordmark, and the loader Assets are owned by Imagination Studio. Nothing on the Site grants you a licence to any of it except as expressly set out in the Commercial License for Assets you have purchased.

6. No warranty for the Site

The Site is provided "as is." We do not warrant it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable consumer-protection law (including the South African Consumer Protection Act).

8. Third-party links and services

The Site links to and relies on third-party services (the merchant-of-record for checkout, font and hosting providers). We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms apply to your use of them.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the version published on the Site applies to your use of it. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence, and the courts of the Western Cape, Cape Town have jurisdiction.
